Features
Set the school’s pickup area. Phone check-in verifies arrival within that area. Families who cannot use phone check-in can ask the office for its supervised pickup procedure.
After an approved check-in, staff call the assigned classroom. Teachers acknowledge the call, and staff record the student’s movement and readiness.
Each adult has a separate account and school-approved permissions for each child. Staff check the approved receiving adult before recording handoff.
Arrival, classroom and handoff steps have recorded times and staff attribution. Raw location evidence is kept separate from retained custody facts.

How It Works
While safely stopped at school, the approved adult opens the app, selects eligible children and checks in. Optional reminders never check in automatically.
Staff call the assigned classroom. The teacher acknowledges the call and follows the school’s supervision and staging procedure.
Staff match the student and receiving adult to the approved pickup request, then record the physical handoff.
Adults with the school-approved information rights can follow pickup status and view the recorded handoff. Pickup permission and history access are separate.
